I am so disappointed with this service. I chose it over Angie’s List. What a $85 mistake it was. The tech called me and ask what the problem was. I said I needed a door handle and inside glass. He said he had to come out. He gets here and basically looked at what I said on the phone. He then checked serial and model numbers and said they don’t have part or it’s discontinued. That is pure BS. He could have done this on the phone. Then I find out the technician owns the company. What a dam rip off. Never again. .
